Health Screenings
DTC and partners will collaborate and sponsor health awareness and improvement activites in southeast Arkansas. Events are in conjunction with Knowledge Is Power events or separate medical missions. Nutritional education and training for developing personal farms for healthy living is also a part of our mission for holistic healthy living.
Youth Empowerment Activities
To ensure holistic living, we recognize knowledges is power. We have developed partnerships with high schools, colleges and universitives and other nonprofits to raise awareness of career opportunities as well as apprenticeship and internship programs. Our goal is to educate and inspire, beginning at an early age and mentor througout high school.

Workforce development
We are committed to improving workforce development and opportunites for growth in our communities. We endeavor to work with employers, nonprofits, large and small businesses and state agencies such as the apprenticeship program to bring opportunities to individuals in our rural communities. A strong workforce leads to a sustainable economically vibrant community.
Information, Engagement and Empowerment
Recognizing that individuals are unaware of the many resources and opportunities available to them, we endeavor to inform, educate, engage and help them to successfully navigate career opportunities. We aim to provide valuable resources in education and opportunities to inspire hope. By setting realistic milestones and sharing real opportunities we will demonstrate that success is immediately within their reach. With hard work and perseverance, together we can celebrate these victories and use them as inspiration for future individual and community goals.
