Brings extensive experience in federal policy and community development to guide the organization's strategic direction.

Leverages deep knowledge of state programs and resources to connect communities with transformative opportunities.

Treasurer
Provides financial oversight and corporate expertise to ensure the organization's resources are managed responsibly. Licensed residential and commercial builder.

Champions health equity and wellness initiatives that address the physical and mental needs of rural communities.

Bridges faith communities and nonprofit work, fostering trust and grassroots engagement throughout the region.
Tiffany N Thomas, MEd
Secretary
Contributes research-driven insights and educational expertise to strengthen program design and community impact. Multilingual skills help bridge language and cultural barriers.

Board Member
Brings more than 28 years of nursing expertise working in rural communities. Experience in health education and health management.
Joy Woolfolk, NP
Board Member
As a nurse practitioner, she brings firsthand community experience and grassroots perspective to ensure our programs remain grounded in the real needs of southeast Arkansas residents.
